About the role
Some of the responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:
- Collecting, organising and analysing data extracted from multiple data bases
- Turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business
- Supporting and maintaining reporting tools and formulating reports, recommendations and trends
- Developing and delivering customised data reporting to meet business and compliance requirements
- Developing and initiating measurable improvements to work processes
- Translating business requirements, and supporting staff on systems and data integrity
About the successful candidate
To be successful in this role you are:
- Experienced in a similar analytical position (minimum 3 years)
- Tertiary qualified in an ICT or related field
- Experienced in working with SQL servers, data manipulation reporting tools, processes and packages, and programming
- Passionate about data capture, performance and reporting
- Strong at interpreting and analyzing metrics, and detail oriented
- An excellent communicator and enjoys networking and establishing rapport with team and stakeholders
- Responsive and customer focused
- Innovative thinker, responds well to difficult situations
- A self-starter
