We assist children experiencing developmental, behavioural, learning and mental health difficulties. ABOUT THE ROLE

Suited to an experienced fundraising database manager, the role is responsible for maintenance and management of RFW’s supporter data.

The role is responsible for designing and implementing supporter care strategies, processes and procedures and ensuring data integrity, working closely with all members of the fundraising team.

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, in this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing the maintenance and administration of the fundraising database
• Designing and implementing supporter care strategies, processes and procedures
• Leading and managing ensuring data integrity
• Processing donations, issuing receipts
• Data analysis and reporting to strengthen the capacity of the Fundraising team
The role is pivotal to the success of the fundraising team to deliver on the organisational priorities of revenue generation, advocacy, profile, brand positioning and engagement.
This is a varied role with plenty of people contact, both internally and externally.
The role will actively build, develop and maintain key relationships internally to advocate for database usage and care in the quality and management of RFW supporter data.
ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:
• Previous database administration experience
• Keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated strength in leading and managing data integrity
• Prior experience in a cash handling administration role
• Outstanding organisational, time management and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High level relationship management skills
• Competency working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced MS office capability
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time, set priorities, manage workload under pressure and work to deadlines
• Ability to lead the Fundraising team in strong processes and procedures for data management and integrity
• A self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic and professional approach
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices and proven experience with ThankQ, Salesforce or other fundraising databases
• Ability to take a practical, pragmatic and “hands on” approach
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
An attractive remuneration package, including the ability to salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check.
