The Role

Reporting to the Directors and working closely with other consultants, this role is responsible for developing new business opportunities in the not-for-profit sector through:

• A proactive approach to a range of business development activities
• Generating new business opportunities by creating vertical markets
• Engaging organisations to recruit exclusive, retained assignments
• End to end recruitment activities, training provided

Skills Required

Critical to this role is your natural ability to identify new business opportunities and negotiate terms of business.  Ideally you have business development experience in recruitment otherwise in a professional services environment, with:

• A proven track record and passion for B2B sales
• An ability to quickly develop rapport and build fruitful relationships
• Instinctive interpersonal skills & confident presentation skills
• Flexibility to move between tasks, able to prioritise & work to deadlines
