Lead this well known provider of quality residential aged care, with facilities in six locations across Victoria, NSW, WA, Queensland and NZ. Nazareth Care Australasia is a mission led organisation and operates as the business arm of the Congregation of the Sisters of Nazareth.
Reporting to the Regional Superior and Board, you will determine and implement the overall direction of NCA, overseeing your Executive Team, managing organisational budget & financial performance, and the effective utilisation of human and capital resources. You will ensure high standards of
person-centred care in accordance with relevant aged care regulations.
This key position requires an inspiring leader who has successfully managed comparable levels of responsibility in residential aged care. You should be capable of building upon NCA’s mission and achievements, to embrace the opportunities and challenges facing the sector.
