RANSW is undergoing an exciting growth stage. We are now looking for an Administration Officer for our Leadership team and Central Office Administration to be based in Macquarie Park. If you have a background in team administration support and would enjoy making a positive social impact through the work you do, this could be the right role for you.

 

About the role

The Administration Officer will work closely with Team Leader Central Office and Executive Support and provide professional and high quality administrative support to the Leadership team. Duties will include:

  • Provide general administration support;
  • Professionally deliver a broad range of administration services like – reports, correspondences, projects, events and data management support;
  • Coordinate event, meetings and training activities;
  • Provide support for various projects and staff activities;
  • Coordinate interviews, staff orientation and new starter paperwork;
  • Management of various databases, registers and newsletters as required;
  • Process invoices and subpoena as required.

 

About the successful candidate

This is a fixed term contract working part time until June 2017. There is an option to work 4 days per week (22.5 hours) school timings.

  • You are highly experienced in administration roles, supporting a team, including high degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and time management skills and enjoy working in a team;
  • You will possess a mature and professional approach towards their working environment;
