About the role
As an EL1 ACNC Red Tape Reduction Manager or EL1 ACNC Policy Manager you will work under broad direction and be accountable for exercising a considerable degree of independence and performing a leadership role. You will lead one or more work teams and will be accountable to allocate and manage resources and manage the performance of employees in accordance with legislation, APS and agency policies and instructions.
You will be accountable for planning, co- coordinating and delivering detailed, complex, technical or sensitive projects
that impact on strategic or operational outcomes for the agency.
You will demonstrate an extensive understanding of the requirements of the position, as well as the legislative,
regulatory and compliance frameworks that underpin its activities.
