About the role
The Australian Ballet is seeking a Philanthropy Manager to lead its annual fundraising program and its activities, working to increase the donor base and secure philanthropic support from individual donors. Responsible for a team of 4, the Philanthropy Manager will ensure a consolidated and collaborative team who continue to assist with the building of a donor pipeline in support of the Company’s artistic and strategic goals.
As an experienced development professional, you will have a track record in the management of annual giving/individual giving which will have been gained in the arts, education or other not for profit organisation Your ability to mentor, train and lead a team will be matched by your exceptional interpersonal skills and creative approach to your work. Your passion and enthusiasm for The Australian Ballet, its work, aspirations and values will be fundamental to success.
