Director Position – Sundale Ltd

Under our Constitution the Board is composed of 7 elected Directors with provision for another 2

who may be appointed by the Board for special purposes. Sundale Ltd functions with a skills-based

Board, and there is currently one vacancy which we are seeking to fill. Given the community based

nature of our Company, our strong preference is to source Directors from the Sunshine Coast region

as Board meetings are held in Nambour.

Sundale Ltd has an extensive expansion program before it as well as further diversification into the

broader community services market and requires additional skills on the Board to support the

Company in these endeavours. To that end applicants with the following skills base and experience

would be of specific interest to the Board, however candidates with other qualifications, skills and

experience are encouraged to submit an application.

 Community services – an applicant with appropriate qualifications and/or experience in the

disability or health sector would be of great assistance to the Executive team and the Board.
