About the role
This is a unique newly created positon, reporting to the Direct Marketing and Chapter Support Manager and offers exciting career development opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include donor liaison and customer service administration; processing and receipting gifts; developing data management processes; implementing segmentation and reporting; and managing the RMHC database. Your ability to make process and system recommendations for improvement will be highly regarded.
During peak periods, you will also be required to provide fundraising project support through the development of campaign content, donor care strategies and use of digital platforms.
Position Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with donors regarding donations, information requests and complaints
- Creating content and digital templates to support fundraising direct marketing initiatives
- Managing bank processing and receipting requirements and reporting
- Preparing segmented data files and managing data collection from various direct marketing campaigns
- Producing post campaign reports and analysis, highlighting key metrics and learnings
- Undertaking program analysis to identify key performance areas, behavioural trends and performance issues
- Work with stakeholders on the delivery of regular reports
- Manage and act as a key contact for the CRM database
- Project manage activities related to CRM segmentation and reporting, and marketing automation implementation.
- Develop processes to ensure effective data capture and management
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in CRM database management and reporting
- Process driven with good attention to detail
- A keen drive for a career in the Fundraising Space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong understanding of customer/supporter retention strategies and processes
- Experience in the not for profit sector would be highly advantageous
We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to problem solve and manage competing demands. You have demonstrated experience in managing data from multiple sources and competent with IT systems and processes. Ideally you will be donor driven with strong customer service skills and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
