Project Officer

Working with the South Australian Council of Social Service (SACOSS) – SA’s peak body for the not for profit community services and health sectors – you’ll join a team at the forefront of policy development and advocacy for energy and water customers in South Australia.

The Project Officer will primarily be responsible for performing a range of project tasks to assist in the achievement of the efficient and effective coordination of the SACOSS Energy, Water and Climate Change Program. Key responsibilities include:

•Provision of project support to the Senior Policy Officer – Energy, Water and Climate Change and the Project Team;
•Maintaining and improving where appropriate the teams agreed project management methods, standards and processes;

The position is offered as 3-5 days p/w, on a 1 year fixed term contract with extension possible subject to performance and funding. The salary range is $61 – 71k.
