Its dedicated leadership team provides necessary direction in the areas of financial management, clinical governance and human resources.

The role of Care Manager is to oversee “Beth Eden”, a 61- bed facility, which recently achieved full accreditation to 2020, and a small co-located retirement village of 25 units. The role is pivotal in ensuring residents receive best-practice clinical care and support services. The ability to provide staff support and leadership is also critical to the success of the role.

We envisage you are familiar with the aged care sector and its regulatory framework. Known for your people skills, you will have experience in both the management and operation of an aged care facility, including a good understanding of ACFI and Accreditation. Your passion for the care of the whole person should be evident, and, importantly, you will be able to support your application with a statement of your Christian faith.
