Banksia Palliative Care Services (BPCS) is seeking an outstanding candidate as Chief Executive Officer to lead the delivery of quality specialist palliative services that meet the needs of clients, families and carers at a critical time in their life. The CEO will design and implement BPCS strategic, operational, financial objectives and is expected to be an exceptional values driven leader.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead a dedicated team of skilled health care professionals, carers and volunteers to deliver a range of services in line with BPCS strategic objectives. The CEO will provide expert advice on operational and policy matters and further deepen relationships with government, health and community partners.

You are a leader driven to make a difference within the community and will demonstrate personal values consistent with those of Banksia Palliative Care including respect, compassion, empathy and integrity. As a high‑level experienced health professional and ethical leader who understands the special demands of community health you have previous success in and overseeing service delivery in line with stated objectives. Relevant tertiary qualifications desired.
