About the organisation
Camcare is a vibrant local community support agency providing services in the City of Boroondara. Some of our services extend into neighbouring inner eastern municipalities of Whitehorse and Monash.
About the role
Part Time (0.6) 12 month contract
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced human services professional to join the management team. Applicants must have sector experience of child and family services. Professional qualifications in social work, or psychology preferred.
Services currently delivered include:
- Well being services;
- individual, couple and family counselling;
- outreach support for women at risk of post natal depression;
- group work;
- Integrated Family Services;
- sessional Psychological Services for children, young people and adults
Key responsibilities are:
- Program management, quality improvement and contractual compliance
- Development of new programs aligned with Camcare’s mission to meet community need
- Ensuring programs have appropriately qualified staff with competencies suitable for their roles and that their performance is monitored and reviewed annually
- Alliances and partnerships which increase the range of services, or deliver improved services, and enhance Camcare’s capacity and sustainability
- Innovative professionals with suitable experience and interested in working in an agency with a locality focus, delivering a diverse range of professional services are encouraged to apply.
