About the role
The School is now seeking an experienced Director of Advancement to join its team.
A key and active member of the School Executive, you will be responsible for all facets of advancement activity, including major gifts fundraising, alumni and parent engagement both locally and internationally and the creation of a planned giving program. You will also establish and manage effective systems and processes to underpin these activities, facilitating long-term, sustainable relationships.
To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience in a senior Advancement role and proven success in planning, developing and executing a broad range of fundraising programs. Your outstanding communication skills will be matched by your ability to work with senior stakeholders and to set and meet financial targets. Your professional gravitas combined with your sense of purpose and mission will ensure your success in this role.
Candidates with similar experience gained from a high-level business development position will also be considered.
