Orygen is seeking an ambitious and results-driven project management and grant-writing all-rounder to play a pivotal supporting role in a fundraising strategy focusing on HNW individuals, corporates, foundations and public campaigns.
Building upon the outstanding reputation that the organisation enjoys, you will work in a very small team in a positive and collaborative environment supported by highly skilled professional colleagues, and engaging with volunteers and interns.
You have excellent attention to detail, the highest quality writing skills and an ability to condense complicated projects into concise and readable grants. You can manage very difficult projects, challenging deadlines and multiple internal and external stakeholders including the Executive Director, research staff and donors. You are a skilled communicator and negotiator, possessing diplomacy, flexibility and creativity.
This high level role demands a professional with the proven ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and provide outstanding written communication to assist the Fundraising Director generate funds through multiple donor channels.
