CARE Australia is looking for an experienced and energetic professional to play an integral part in driving best-in-class customer service by being the first point of contact between CARE Australia and supporters, both financial and non-financial. The role also assists and the fundraising team in the implementation of CARE Australia’s fundraising and supporter retention initiatives.
You possess experience in working in a support or customer services environment and demonstrated ability and commitment to develop and foster a high level of customer service. Your demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills across a range of channels with proven experience in providing excellent customer service will set you apart from others. Your demonstrated ability to update and maintain a customer relationship management database is complemented by your keen attention to detail. You have a proven high level organisational and time management skills including the ability to balance competing priorities to ensure timely processing to meet deadlines.
