Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned to the future priorities of Eastern Health. You will create an active and vibrant philanthropic program and lead a capable team, providing direction and support – identifying, securing, stewarding and growing income from individuals, corporate supporters, philanthropic trusts and charitable foundations.
As an important member of the leadership team you will be a strategic thinker and a ‘people person’ who can build genuine relationships. This high level role demands an energetic, self-motivated, resourceful professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and the ability to generate funds through multiple donor channels.
This award winning organisation covers 2516 square kilometres from Fitzroy to Box Hill to the Yarra Valley and comprises 7 hospitals, 3 emergency departments, 1497 beds and over 9000 employees .
