ROLE: Manager, Bayside Community Information and Support Services.

Bayside Community Information and Support Service (BayCISS) is seeking an experienced and energetic person with strong leadership skills to lead the organisation in its development and service to the community.
BayCISS is an independent not for profit organisation which has been providing services to disadvantaged members of the diverse Bayside and Kingston communities for more than 40 years.
The Manager will lead a staff of 10, who work varying time fractions, and a volunteer team of 35 across two sites providing a range of support services. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate leadership and vision, manage a complex range of programs and possess strong people skills to work with the community, volunteers and key stakeholders. The position reports to a Committee of Management and is fulltime, although this may be negotiable with an appropriate candidate and will be based at the office in Hampton East. Salary packaging is available.
