We currently have an opportunity for a Litigator to join our Client Legal Services team. This team provides broad ranging legal services to State Trustees in its capacity as the administrator of persons lacking legal capacity, attorney of clients under Powers of Attorney, trustee of trusts and executor and administrator of deceased estates.
Role Requirements
To be successful you will need to hold a current full Practicing Certificate and be eligible to practice in Victoria. You will have experience in litigating matters to do with Estates, guardianship, trusts and Wills. General commercial litigation legal experience will also be highly regarded.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to consolidate their experience in general litigation, wills, estates and succession law. If you have the necessary skills, are committed to providing excellent customer service and enjoy working as a team member, this role is for you!
