Salary Circa. between $95K – $105K, plus super., plus salary packaging (car negotiable)

About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader whose values strongly resonate with those of our organisation to join our team as General Manager of Corporate Services. The General Manager, Corporate Services is a key leadership position that works to ensure our corporate infrastructures meet the needs of our growing organisation and actively guides a positive workplace culture that places our clients at the centre of everything we do.

Reporting to the Executive Director and as a member of the Executive and Senior Management teams, you will be responsible for the management and provision of high level support and oversight to the work of Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Quality Risk and Compliance, Business Development and Operational Administration, including Information Technology and Facilities and Assets management. You will be expected to drive improvements to corporate services at strategic and operational levels to enable EDVOS to achieve its goals and key strategic priorities and become a strong, sustainable organization and employer of choice.

You will lead and manage a team of professionals in the provision of high quality corporate services that are in line with legislative requirements, quality assurance and best practice standards. You will have responsibility for financial management and will contribute to the organisation’s strategic direction by identifying continuous quality improvements, developing and implementing strategic plans, projects and policies and driving change around organisational and workforce development and growth opportunities.

Essential to your success
As a strategic thinker and strong communicator you will have exemplary people skills coupled with strong problem solving skills and decision making ability with the experience behind you to effectively lead and manage a team of committed staff. Significant experience, skills and knowledge in financial management, human resource management (including OHS), quality, risk and compliance and accreditation processes is vital as is a sound understanding of facilities and assets management, information management and the family violence sector.

EDVOS hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9am until 8pm and Saturday from 9am until 5pm. This position would be expected to be available to work on a rotating roster across those hours of operation.
