About the role

Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Grants Support Officer to join our Philanthropy & Impact team. Working with ACF’s community of donors, the purpose of this position is to provide the following services:

(a) Grants administration / data entry
(b) Donor care, fund administration (customer service)
(c) General team support

This is a role for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to work in grant making, community development or philanthropy. The successful candidate will come with excellent administration skills, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a high attention to detail and be able to work autonomously within a small team. They will need to build and maintain productive working relationships, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, undertake a diverse range of tasks to deadlines, and use initiative and sound judgement when making decisions.

Key skills and experience
1. Strong administration and data entry skills
2. High level of customer service skills
3. Process orientated, high levels of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
4. Ability to work with autonomy, highly organised and able to move between tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships with team and external stakeholder/ clients.
