There is currently an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join this organisation in the role of Schools Partnership Executive. This is a part-time role during the school terms.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Growth and Delivery, the Schools Partnership Executive is responsible for contributing to the ongoing success of the company, through ensuring the ongoing sales growth of educational programs offered by Life Education. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities with both new and existing customers, as well as for cultivating relationships with customers to promote future business opportunities. This will involve providing exceptional service to consumers, both in the sales context, as well as in maintaining ongoing relations. A key feature of this role will be the need to communicate effectively with a very specific clientele (typically Early Years centers and Primary Schools), in addition to having to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, such as other sales professionals, administrative staff, and senior management. In addition to this being a customer-focused role, the successful applicant will also be expected to carry out administrative responsibilities, such as the timely completion of sales records, responding to enquiries and other duties as they arise.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of sales success, with a proven track-record of providing impeccable customer service to clients. They will be result-oriented, with an innate desire to deliver the best results as measured by the successful selling of education programs to customers. They will be able to work against deadlines, and deliver on promises to colleagues and customers alike, ensuring both a successful and harmonious working environment.
Essential and Desired Skills
● Experience in a sales and customer service type role
● Background in Education (ex-teacher preferable) with a passion for expanding and promoting health education.
● Computer literate including experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
● A demonstrated ability to establish and cultivate relationships with clients.
