Role Summary

The Senior Community Fundraising Coordinator will generate income through diverse fundraising activities and campaigns, execute marketing activities and support fundraising campaign participants and supporters.
They will have responsibility for actively coordinating sports fundraising campaigns and overseeing both the In Memory and In Celebration campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to grow supporter partnerships and community fundraising events
• Manage income and expenditure budgets and forecasts across events and campaigns
• Develop opportunities to increase fundraising campaign participation rates
• Develop and deliver revenue growth strategy across all community fundraising events
• Manage complete donor life-cycle and donor care program of community fundraising strategy
• Implement robust strategy to identify, research and cultivate fundraising prospects
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns
• Supervise two community engagement assistants

Skills & Attributes
• Experienced fundraiser
• Experienced in organising and delivering fundraising campaigns and events
• High energy, passion and donor centric focussed
• Successful track record in lead generation and conversation
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
