The People & Culture Team (PaC) partner with the business through a number of functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organisational Development, Employee Services, PaC Business Partnering and Work, Health and Safety. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team based primarily in our Ashfield office. Our diverse team is highly engaged and driven to really make a differ ence to the communities we serve by delivering great talent to our business.

Our Talent Acquisition team has just undergone a significant transformation to move to a paperless, efficient and value focussed service to the business with fantastic new technology to support recruitment, onboarding and building a passive talent community. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be looking after a business portfolio and performing a 360 recruitment role including:
- Meeting with the business hiring managers to pick up detailed job briefs and assist them with writing effective job descriptions
- Writing advertisements and screening ad response to present a qualified shortlist
- Providing advice and support for interviews including coaching on competency based interviewing
- Managing the offer, background checks and onboarding processes
SELECTION CRITERIA
Are you curious and motivated by deeply understanding our business and delivering great talent? You will have experience recruiting in an internal team, working with recruitment technology and be driven by a real passion for helping hiring managers get better at selecting top talent. You should be able to demonstrate where you have coached and challenged the business to get a better result and prepared to coach managers through running effective interviews and giving great feedback. If you have this experience and are curious and resilient with excellent attention to detail we’d love to hear from you!
