The People & Culture Team (PaC) partner with the business through a number of functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organisational Development, Employee Services, PaC Business Partnering and Work, Health and Safety.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Looking for the next step leading a Talent Acquisition function? Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, your new role will be responsible for ensuring the organisation attracts, selects and promotes the best talent to deliver the business strategy. It’s an exciting time to join our team as the Talent Acquisition function has just undergone significant transformation to ensure it can deliver sustainable, objective and transparent recruitment for the business. We have moved to a paperless, efficient and value focussed service with fantastic new technology to support recruitment, onboarding and building a passive talent community.

You will be instrumental in continuing to embed the value from the transformation and create a consistent best practice approach to recruitment, building capability in the new team and ensuring they deeply understand the business and culture. You will also develop effective reporting to ensure data driven decision making and drive the development of the organisation’s EVP.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Do you have solid internal re cruitment experience and a proven ability to develop and lead a team through change?

We’re looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills and a strong focus on innovation, to continue to embed the Talent Acquisition Strategy. You are passionate, curious and analytical, and able to demonstrate where you have partnered with the business to become a trusted advisor on recruitment needs. Your ability to coach and challenge the business throughout the recruitment process, from conducting effective interviews, to giving great feedback, will ensure your success in this role.
