Working closely with the National Executive Director of Services, the role offers plenty of autonomy and scope to make your mark. Key aspects include identifying, developing and managing collaborative relationships and partnerships with NSW and ACT government departments, agencies and external service providers, leading, empowering, developing and supporting a team to deliver high quality, evidence-based programs, financial management, and program planning and development.

Tertiary qualified, ideally to postgraduate level, you bring extensive leadership experience in the not-for-profit or human services sectors and exposure to working with vulnerable communities. With an evident ability to lead and influence positive change initiatives, you possess highly developed communication and interpersonal traits, sound business acumen, and the capacity to successfully engage with and adapt to a wide audience.
