About the Role
SCOPE OF THE POSITION
The Presenter Liaison/Program Delivery Co-ordinator is responsible for delivery of the National School Programs. This includes managing the availability of the presenters and confirming the booking to schools. An excellent understanding of the programs, presenters and sales and bookings system is required to ensure the successful delivery of the Cultural Infusion programs.
This position is highly administrative and requires strong attention to detail. The job includes a high level of interaction and collaboration with various departments and other team members. Additionally, there would be frequent communication and a strong working relationship with our presenters, teachers and other school staff. The position is focussed on operational and administrative tasks relating to regular intrastate and interstate program bookings and tour bookings. The position also liaises with schools and cultural groups on matters relating to the conduct of the program and provides general support to other members of schools team who work on program development and marketing projects.

Our education programs include school incursions, all-day programs, and artist-in residencies which reach an annual audience of more than 350,000 students.
CULTURAL INFUSION NATIONAL SCHOOLS PROGRAM
The Cultural Infusion National Schools Program began in 2003 to introduce Australia’s students to the value of cultural diversity through the arts. The program has now expanded into every State and Territory in Australia.
The Cultural Infusion National School’s Program brings presenters from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds into classrooms to supplement a range of curriculum areas and support teachers in fostering intercultural understanding in their students.
We reach rural and urban areas and regularly tour our programs to make sure every student has the opportunity to engage. We offer programs for pre-primary, primary and secondary levels. There are currently 120+ programs relating to a range of cultures, performance styles, curriculum areas and disciplines with new programs in development on an ongoing basis.
