About the role

Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) within the Post Separation Services program is a part-time (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours a week), ongoing position based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, the FDRP role is expected to provide information and deliver education and mediation services to couples and families who are separating or who are separated. 

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, law or social scien
  • Has completed or willingness to complete, either:
    • The full Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution (or higher education provider equivalent); or
    • An appropriate qualification or accreditation under the National Mediation Accreditation Scheme and competency in the six compulsory units from the Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution (or higher education provider equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the range of $73,374.33 to $81,997.35 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
