About the role

The Director Human Resources will lead and oversee the delivery of the Human Resources (HR) function across the organisation. The Director Human Resources will identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including workforce planning, managing performance, industrial relations, workplace culture and employee wellbeing.

The Director Human Resources leads and influences employees organisational-wide to develop a positive organisational culture aligned to the organisation’s vision, and to foster engagement, motivation, accountability, innovation and continuous quality improvement.

Salary and Benefits

R&DVSA believes that quality work deserves quality pay and as such we provide above award wages and conditions to our employees:

  • $146,224.20 p.a. including super, plus tax benefit from salary sacrifice package of $15,899 and time in lieu for additional hours worked
