About the role

Family Law Pathways Network (FLPN) Project Officer within the Post Separation Services program is a part-time (0.2 FTE, 7.5 hours a week), ongoing position based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, the FLPN Project Officer role is to engage the community, community organisations and the legal profession in activities associated with the FLPN in accordance with the Terms of Reference and in consultation with the FLPN steering committee.

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:

  • Sound interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diverse range of people and work well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading, coordinating, training and supervising a team of volunteers
  • Good financial management skills

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the range of $76,956.26 to $81,997.35 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
