About the organisation
Established over 75 years ago, Bialik College continues to be Melbourne’s inclusive, visionary and innovative co-educational K-12 Jewish School. This inaugural position, building on existing and long-standing benefaction within the School community, will be responsible for driving engagement and philanthropy to a new level.

Reporting to a supportive Principal and working closely with the energetic and committed Foundation Board leadership, you will help to build a strong culture of philanthropy and implement holistic and sustainable fundraising programs. You will develop and lead the School’s fundraising strategies, establish and strengthen relationships and assume responsibility for achieving important fundraising objectives.
This senior role demands a professional with an innovative and creative approach to philanthropy, a passion for fundraising, and a proven track record. You may be of any faith, or none, and you will be a ‘big picture’ person with vision and enthusiasm, coupled with the persistence and patience to secure the future of Bialik and ensure all Jewish children can access a Jewish education.
