About the role

Use your skills to help us champion community radio stations by managing the day-to-day running of our Sydney office.

Who we need

We need someone who is a true team player with exceptional communication and a high-level of interpersonal skills. You will represent CBAA in a professional manner by providing quality customer service to all callers and visitors to the CBAA. You generally thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, where your workstyle can be highly adaptable and flexible.

Our ideal candidate needs to be able to demonstrate extensive confidence in verbal communication and writing skills, as well as be a people’s person.

Familiarity in a similar role is essential, so demonstrable experience in providing administrative support, accompanied by the ability to engage others to create team success.

The role

The Office Administrator will oversee, manage, coordinate and organise the office administration functions within CBAA. The focus of the role will be managing the day-to-day running of the office; general office support and reception duties; and being the first point of contact for all callers and visitors to CBAA.

This is a five-day a week position.  Part-time/Flexible hours are negotiable upon request.
