    The Transformational Gifts team is a national team of relationship managers tasked with achieving financial targets, acquiring new business, driving income portfolio growth and retaining portfolio income required to support and deliver the programs and services of TSA to our community.

The Relationship Manager Philanthropy is responsible for achieving financial targets through identifying prospects, and building mutually beneficial Philanthropic relationships for TSA.  The role is responsible for representing TSA and building and nurturing relationships with Philanthropic Donors.

The Relationship Manager Philanthropy will report to the Team Leader Philanthropy.

Key areas of accountability include: 

  • Account Management – manage a portfolio of Philanthropic donors, meet all KPIs, represent TSA at meetings and functions
  • Relationship Development – Philanthropy management plans are maintained and updated
  • Stakeholder Engagement – engage with key external & internal stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
  • Administration – donor records updated, regular reporting on activities

 

For this role you will have high emotional intelligence, a proven experience in relationship building and communication, experience in negotiating and networking skills with high net worth individuals (HNWI) and senior executives.  You will have experience in fundraising and marketing, sales or public relations, a professional attitude and a strong team focus with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships with people of all backgrounds.  A sound knowledge of fundraising standards, principles, policies and procedures is desired together with a demonstrated understanding of the fundraising process within a non-profit organisation, religious and/or charitable organisation.  You will have a valid driver’s licence.
