About the role
A Day in the Life of our Operations Manager
Managing sites across the Yarra Ranges, your days will never be the same. Your role takes responsibility for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of high quality and best practice systems, frameworks and processes, across all business units and sites. This includes governance, risk management, compliance and OH&S.
The Fleet and Facilities team include Bus Drivers and maintenance and facilities professionals, and your role will be to ensure their day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
Undertaking regular site audits, you will identify and record risk, then develop, communicate and deliver effective strategies for improvement.
Who Are You?
Bringing with you experience as a Manager in a risk management or similar focused role, your degree qualifications in business, OH&S or equivalent will support your strong delivery of quality frameworks. You are a team player who understands the value of working collaboratively, with a strong consultative approach to ensure stakeholder buy in.
You enjoy facilitating learning that is engaging and effective, whether it be online or face to face. Having worked across multiple sites in your career, you have the ability to engage stakeholders quickly and effectively, and your strong organisational skills ensure your busy day is managed well.
