About the Role
More than dollars and cents, the role requires a clever and engaging leader. One who’s conscious of the issues facing older people and talented enough to embrace the economic challenges of the sector. You’re a person always looking for better outcomes – what’s next, and motivated to raise the standard of service to the customer, their families, employees, volunteers and everyone else in the very large Warrigal community.
An impressive CFO pedigree, your career reflects repeated success in managing, enhancing and growing customer-centred and service orientated businesses. You’ve simplified complex operating environments and met demanding consumer expectations. More than a CA/CPA, your talents are many. You’re a versatile executive; unafraid to share and contribute to a team on a journey of continual reflection and evolution.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about team-based leading, not following. Come and join Warrigal as they reimagine aged care and retirement living for now and tomorrow.
