About This Opportunity
The primary objective of the Business Solutions and Services Manager is to lead the operations, continual improvement and strategic direction of Advancement’s customer relationship management system (currently Raiser’s Edge).
This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus (https://campuses.uq.edu.au/st-lucia), renowned as one of Australia’s most attractive university campuses, and located close to Brisbane’s city centre. Bounded by the Brisbane River on three sides, and with outstanding public transport connections, our 114-hectare site provides a perfect work environment – you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a vibrant campus with the tradition of an established university.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidates will be responsible for a team that ensures systems operations, data quality and integrity and user training is delivered at optimal levels for more than 150 users and that data security and protection of information is maintained at the highest possible levels.
This position entails working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders within Advancement and across University. The Business Solutions and Services Manager is a member of the Advancement Services and Operations Management team and is responsible for the delivery of all systems and technical support services.

What We Can Offer
This is a full-time, continuing position at HEW Level 9.
The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range AUD$113,095 – $119,678, plus 17% superannuation. The total annual package will be in the range AUD$132,321 – $140,023.
