The St Vincent de Paul Society is a national charity that helps people living in poverty and those who have borne the brunt of inequality in Australia. St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria provides welfare and support services to Victorians in need. Services include: soup vans, homework and breakfast clubs, kids' camps and day outs and home visitation to provide food and clothing vouchers and assistance with paying for utility bills and medical bills. Our network of over 110 Vinnies Shops across the state also play a key part in funding our many programs and services and providing material assistance to those we help. By uniting thousands of volunteers to help offer a hand up to people in need, we can break the cycle of homelessness

Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing & Fundraising, you will lead the marketing operations functions and support the wider Marketing & Fundraising team in the development and effective stewardship of the Society’s activities.
Analytical by nature and methodological in your approach, you will lead the development of research insights and strategically use data in pursuit of innovative brand and growth opportunities. With your extensive background in Marketing, teamed with your supportive and nurturing leadership style, you will encourage cross functionality across the group, lead the team in ramping up campaigns and provide support and counsel across communications and branding alike.
Degree qualified in Marketing or a related field, the Marketing Operations Manager excels in tasks that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiencies across operations. This is an engaging and hands-on role and the ideal candidate, therefore, is an individual who is highly capable of excelling at the strategic and tactical but is also humble enough to add value and for the results to speak for themselves.
