About the role
Seeking variety and challenge in a heritage rural setting?
An enthusiastic self-starter is required for a thriving heritage arts precinct in a rural setting in Eltham on the north east fringe of Melbourne. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the rich program of exhibitions, concerts and events are well presented in grounds and buildings that ensure adequate conservation and enhancement of the magnificent natural site and historic buildings at Montsalvat. Specifically the role oversees project management, grounds and building maintenance, administration including finance and IT, HR and OH&S responsibility for the organisation. We are looking for someone who enjoys a diverse portfolio with hands on day to day experience managing buildings, grounds, finance, administration, reception and customer service and grounds staff.
