- Facilitate effective and efficient delivery of Home Care services to customers
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a professional, team-focused individual who is passionate about helping others. This position is working collaboratively with the rostering team as part of our on-call service, which operates out of normal business hours. This position supports the delivery of timely and effective rostering support services that are responsive to the needs of our customers.
This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, can work autonomously, provide excellent customer service and is looking to make a difference.
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent will be highly regarded
- Previous experience with rostering or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge and skills of rostering systems
- Ability to relate and communicate with a diverse range of people
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
What can you expect to be doing?
- Provide support to AnglicareSA customers by allocating shifts for services as required
- Coordinate cover for shift vacancies, which could be due to annual or personal leave within the team
- Be flexible to be able to fill in at short notice
- Ensure all changes are communicated effectively
- Collaborate with other service providers, facilitating a holistic service approach
- Actively monitoring service performance, finding opportunities for improvement
