About the role
- Full Time Fixed Term 12 month Contract
- Based in Ballarat
About the role
As a Step Up Practitioner your role will be diverse and exciting. You’ll work closely with young people who have violent behaviours and their parents or carers to make a positive difference in their lives. You’ll work in various capacities as a case manager, outreach worker and group program facilitator. You’ll focus on both individual and family interventions where you can apply your relevant skills and knowledge.
About you
You’re a passionate individual who can work in a small team, independently as well as contribute to the wider CAFS team. Your approach is adaptable depending on who you are working with and you enjoy building relationships to achieve the better outcomes for your clients. You enjoy developing care plans and working therapeutically with your clients and working collaboratively with all stakeholders, taking a collective approach to team work and case management.
