The Corporate Partnerships department grows partnerships between the NGV and the corporate, tertiary and government sectors, building advocacy for the NGV through income generation and the delivery of robust and multifaceted partner engagement initiatives.
The NGV is looking for a collaborative and highly organised Corporate Partnerships Officer to coordinate the delivery of NGV corporate partnerships, including the implementation of agreements and relationship building under the supervision of the Senior Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships. Other key responsibilities include:
- Account management of a portfolio of NGV corporate partners. Ensuring excellent customer service to maximise retention, and applying proactivity and creativity to maximise partnerships across all sectors, ultimately focusing on renewals.
- Collaborating across the Corporate Partnerships team to complete administration tasks and processes as required, as well as assisting the management team with streamlined communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultivating relationships with NGV corporate partners by representing the department at external meetings, and maximising opportunities to align partners’ business objectives to the NGV’s exhibitions, programs and major projects.
To be successful you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field, and have experience in account managing partnerships with the corporate sector. You will possess a collaborative and highly organised approach to work and will proactively maintain strong client relationships. You will be innovative in your approach to stakeholder management, committed to overall team goals, and possess exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills. You will also thrive in a dynamic and driven working environment.
