About the organisation
Creativity Australia (www.creativityaustralia.org.au) is building a happier, healthier, more inclusive nation through the life-changing With One Voice (WOV) program. Loneliness, and the depression which accompanies it, is the global epidemic of our era. Statistics show that 2 in 5 people feel socially isolated and unheard. This isolation leads to serious mental and physical health issues and great economic disadvantage. These people risk being left behind.
We bridge the gap between people experiencing disadvantage and those more fortunate through the neuro-scientific benefits of community singing. We build supportive networks that help people connect to brighter futures. Creativity Australia is delighted to offer a suite of With One Voice “how to” guide videos, resources and mentoring for individuals, groups and communities looking to start new, inclusive With One Voice choirs using our innovative social franchise model.
There are currently 25 With One Voice programs operating in metropolitan, regional and rural areas in 7 States and Territories of Australia.
Our goal is to have 40 programs operating nationwide by the end of 2020.
Together, we can change the world… one voice at a time.
Creativity Australia and With One Voice are in a period of significant growth. We require an experienced administrator to provide administrative support to our choirs around the country, CA staff and contractors.
This position involves supporting Creativity Australia, staff, mentors, and volunteers to deliver the With One Voice program through, database and CRM management, choir relations, new choir start-up, program and event support and general administration.
