About the role

Glady and Co are currently located in Eastern Melbourne, we are expanding into the areas of Bendigo, Castlemaine, Kyneton and Maryborough.

The role of Mental Health Support Worker is a varied position that involves:

  • Supporting NDIS participants to build capacity in their lives
  • Creating goals with participants and providing support to achieve them
  • Facilitating groups
  • Assisting participants to develop coping strategies, build confidence and access the community

Each NDIS participant will have different needs, this role varies with each person and Glady and Co aim to provide a unique experience for all participants.
This position requires a minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or similar qualification. Experience in similar outreach roles highly regarded. Applicants must have their own reliable transport and comprehensive car insurance.
