An exciting opportunity exists for a creative thinker, planner and coordinator to join and lead the Counselling team at Star Health. This role is responsible for the planning, oversight and coordination of a high-quality counselling service comprising of both Community Health and API (Accessible Psychological Interventions) counselling. The position manages and supervises a multi-disciplinary team of counsellors who are supporting individuals and families within the local community.

To star in this role you will have:

• A professional qualification in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent.
• Experience in providing clinical supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of counsellors.
• Excellent knowledge of theory and frameworks for counselling and leadership.
• A clear understanding of client-directed services that take into account the context of the individual.
