We are seeking an experienced relationship manager who can apply their outstanding relationship management and business acquisition skills to lead high performance across our Individual and Community Fundraising Programs.
The Manager Individual and Community Fundraising is responsible for creating long term value for Guide Dogs SA/NT through developing valuable networks, deploying effective donor acquisition and retention strategies and building strong internal and external relationships.
Working closely with the GM Fundraising and the wider Fundraising team, this role has operational and tactical responsibility for the implementation of the Fundraising strategy and delivery of revenue targets across the fundraising streams of Bequests, Major Gifts and Community and Corporate Partnerships.
Essential to the role is experience in developing and executing business development plans and managing a target driven team as well as sound operational management skills and experience. Fundraising experience and a tertiary qualification in a related discipline are desirable but not essential.
