Reporting to the National Executive Committee the National Executive Director maintains a close working relationship with the National President. He will lead and direct the work of the Association in Australia in such a way so that the spiritual, Scripture distribution, membership and financial objectives of the organisation are achieved. The Gideons are seeking to appoint a servant leader who feels called to build on the solid foundation that has been put in place by his predecessor and to continue to help grow and develop the ministry nationally through website donor development, social media presence and manage the Field Officers to help grow a new generation of members; You will also;

• Serve as secretary of the association, national cabinet and committees.
• Develop and grow relationships within the global Gideons International family.
• Oversee the preparation of the ministry budget and financial position.
• Direct and motivate the performance of the senior managers

We are looking for a leader who can commit to the values of this Christian organisation who has the ability to implement our Vision and build excellent ongoing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be a person of uncompromising Integrity, possess excellent people skills, be highly organised, have sound business acumen and have proven ability to be able to engage teams and promote to a wide range of people.   You will also maintain an active role as a member in a local branch.
