About the role
Reception (Weekends)
The primary responsibility of the Reception (Weekends) is to manage the Centre as well as being the central point of contact for individual guests and group leaders and to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Centre.
The Role
We are looking for someone who can:
- Provide a greeting that is welcoming, positive and hospitable for all who enter the front doors, phone the Centre or make contact by email/mail;
- Maintain accurate, up to date records;
- Liaise with key stakeholders;
- Ensure that every guest has an arrival and departure plan and encourage them to complete an evaluation sheet;
- Maintain the presentation and organisation of the Reception area, the guest areas and the venue itself;
- Embody the core guiding values of the Australia Jesuits in all processes and procedures undertaken. Welcoming, Discerning and Courageous;
- WWC required
- Police Check required
- First Aid and CPR or willingness to acquire
