Malthouse Theatre is currently recruiting for a Fundraising and Development Manager to manage our philanthropic, sponsorship, and partnership activities. If you are highly skilled and experienced in the world of philanthropic fundraising and strategic partnerships, have excellent stakeholder relationship skills, and are passionate and innovative in your ideas for growth in a not-for-profit setting, we want to hear from you!
The Fundraising and Development Manager is responsible for the strategic cultivation and activation of philanthropic and sponsor relationships. Through the implementation of effective fundraising campaigns, the development of pitch documentation and grant applications and by fostering successful working relationships with key stakeholders, the Fundraising and Development Manager acts to grow financial support of Malthouse Theatre.
This is a full-time senior management position based at the Malthouse in Southbank, Melbourne. This role will initially be remote/work from home full time due to current Victorian State Government restrictions, with a move to venue-based work once restrictions ease.
