The Role
 
Working in the Community, Family and Youth Branch, and reporting to the Executive Manager, you will be an integral member of a team of three taking a lead on developing and supporting new ways of working. Your focus will be on innovating new service model delivery, resource development, and driving quality and continuous improvement for new and existing programs.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Leading implementation of strategies and activities to achieve impact and growth.
  • Overseeing evaluation and systems development to support program performance.
  • Reviewing and improving delivery models and service outcomes.
  • Implementing program initiatives to improve business planning, program quality, governance, and delivery.
  • Facilitating consultation, feedback and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Engaging, supporting, and influencing program delivery teams with a high degree of respect and inclusion.

Skills Required
 
 
To excel in this role you will be a strong team player who is a hands-on and experienced program lead and project manager. You have extensive experience in contemporary, evidence-based delivery of human services to communities, families, and youth, with a demonstrated commitment to creating positive change.

Additionally you offer:

  • Diverse program development and evaluation experience with a strong understanding of policy and funding partnerships.
  • A talent for identifying and implementing creative program enhancements that meet community needs and are culturally responsive.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on organisational priorities using contemporary, quality assurance processes and evidence-based best practice.
  • Outstanding relationship and change management skills, and sound leadership skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
