THE ROLE

We are looking for a Tessitura champion, with a background in ticketing operations and database management, to service the ticketing needs for the 2021 festival.

RISING has an ambitious program of events with varying ticketing requirements. We are looking for a bold, efficient and effective ticketing specialist to administer builds and implement responsive ticketing initiatives.

You are a master event builder who knows Tessitura inside out and back to front. You know the nuances and intricacies of Tessitura’s rules, which means you know exactly how to bend them to achieve the best results for customers. You’re not afraid of doing things differently, and you laugh in the face of change. You are a self-starter and dedicated data nerd who will be the muscle of our ticketing operations team.

Working with the Ticketing & CRM team you’ll report on, optimise and analyse box office results, and you have experience dealing with third-party venues and partners on event builds, shared allocations and ticketing protocols. You’ll also help to maintain our database, weighing in on our data collection methods and implementing data hygiene initiatives to ensure our CRM is squeaky clean.
